Disc Profile (Single Science Profile)

DISC® is a personal assessment tool used to improve productivity, teamwork and communication. The first step is to complete a series of questions that produces an insightful report about your personality and preferred behaviours. We then discuss these discoveries as a team, enabling teams to communicate more effectively, leading to increasing productivity and decreased conflict. DISC® assessments provide feedback on all four behavioural factors to capture how we are unique at a behavioural level and measure the four core DISC® behaviours:

Dominance – How we respond to problems and challenges

Influence – How we respond to people and contact

Steadiness – How we respond to pace and consistency

Compliance – How we respond to procedures and constraints
