I am currently the Lifeworx Business Development Manager and Facilitator for the practical and interactive LIFEWORX4ME personality profiling workshop, and a committed and long-term Foster Carer. I am also the Founding Director of the Foster Share Shed. Prior to this I was the City of Armadale Community Partnerships Officer. When I was in Kalgoorlie I worked in Service and Support roles including the PCYC and the Goldfields Youth Council, the Education Department as the Manager of District Operations and in the Social Support Management role with Bega Garnbirringu Aboriginal Medical Services. I met Jenny when I worked for PCYC and we were part of the Goldfields Youth Council Network. Before this I was in The WA Police Force, Australian Army and Military Police. It was during this time that I realised my passion lay in assisting members of the public with safety and engaging in community development, with a focus on working with youth at risk.

My background is in Graphic Design and Visual Arts with over 20 years of design experience working with the public and private sector creating designs in a wide range of formats. I have managed the design and print production for brochures, signage, posters, banners, books, booklets, newsletters, advertisements and stationery.

Since 2010, David and Joselyn O’Dwyer, a husband and wife team, have operated Business Precision, a specialised accounting and business advisory in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
