Hello and welcome
She currently works for The Department of Education (South West Region) in the Participation Directorate as the Career Start Coach. This role started as a Pilot Program at the beginning of 2019 with four schools. The success of the program has seen its continuation into 2020 and beyond. The role assists Year 11 and 12 students who have either disengaged from the education system and/or identified that they either would like to seek alternatives to education, transition into training or find suitable employment.
The anticipated success rate was 25%, but the program has exceeded this and sits at a 75%+ success rate.
Jenny is a huge advocate of personality types, using the LIFEWORX4ME profiling technique that she created to assist young people, and Personality Dimensions (registered trademark of Career/LifeSkills Resources Inc.) in her work with adults. In fact, LIFEWORX4ME and the “Personalities in the Classroom” guide created by Jenny, were inspired by her work utilising the Personality Dimensions temperament theory.
